Although they were extremely friendly and willing to arrange a meeting, I have not received an initial quote so far. I would have given a higher rating if they had informed me why there was a delay in providing me with an estimate. Instead, I was left in the lurch, persistently requesting one while they tried to schedule another appointment. I would have been willing to arrange a second meeting if they had given me feedback on the outcome of our first meeting. While they appear to be a great company that prioritizes their clients, I recommend that they work on improving their communication as a team.

My perspective is slightly different as I had previously installed solar panels about 9 years ago with a different provider. I was disappointed to discover that the system was not functioning correctly and even more so when I found out that the provider had gone out of business without any prior communication to me. This resulted in a voided warranty and an unusable system. I was forced to search for alternative solar companies and was recommended to replace the old system completely with a new more expensive one. Luckily, I discovered Royal Construction and was introduced to Isaac who offered to inspect the system before recommending any further action. Their engineers were able to fix the existing system and even installed an additional one to power our electrical vehicles, removing the need for high electrical bills. Their customer service was fantastic, and I found them to be an honest and reliable team.

During our consultation with Yuvi regarding a new roofing system and solar installation, he dedicated ample time to walk us through the advantages and disadvantages of different options while ensuring that we comprehended our choices fully. Yuvi was also receptive and accessible to address any inquiries we had. Ultimately, we opted for a nearby subcontractor, although we plan to consult with Royal and Yuvi for future undertakings.

I've been on the hunt for a solar company for quite some time now, but due to my non-standard shingle/tile roof, I've had a hard time finding someone capable.
