have hired Roy & Paul twice in the past few months. Initially, I reached out to them to paint my kitchen cabinets, but after some thought, I decided to keep them and just have them painted. Roy & Paul presented one of two quotes I received, and while the price wasn't the deciding factor, Roy's attentive listening and thoughtful questioning is what made me choose them. During their first visit, they painted my kitchen, living, and dining rooms, as well as the stairwell leading up to the second floor of my townhome. They arrived on time every day, and their prepping and taping were impeccable. The team was professional and polite and worked diligently the entire time they were there. They made sure to triple-check that I was satisfied with their work at the end of the job. Don Richards led the team, and he kept me updated throughout the process, which was reassuring considering the high ceilings and angles. The result was beautiful cabinets that had all of my visitors commenting, and I added a Lavender Lipstick accent wall that became the showstopper. More recently, I called Roy & Paul to paint my master bathroom and vanity, and they did an excellent job, with Don Richards leading the team once again. I know I'll have at least one more painting job in the future and will undoubtedly call them back. Roy & Paul are professional, thorough, and value quality customer service.

The painting work done by Roy and Paul on three rooms was outstanding. They were highly skilled at fixing rough patches, sloppy corners, cracks, nail holes, and others, resulting in noticeably smoother walls. Their work showcases utmost professionalism, and they were highly productive and goal-oriented. They completed everything from room preparation to final coating in just two days. I intend to re-hire them for my kitchen painting project.
