Our hardwood floors underwent a thorough cleaning followed by a polished top coat application. Mr. Rowe arrived punctually and conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner. He accomplished the task to our satisfaction. However, upon drying, a few missed spots were identified. We reached out to Mr. Rowe, who quickly responded and rectified the areas without reservation. We highly recommend his services.

With a welcoming smile and a relaxed demeanor, he came in and assessed the cleanliness of our upholstered furniture. After bringing in a large machine to clean the sofa and chairs, he started working promptly. He was very reasonable in his pricing and courteous in his conduct. Despite my oversight in underestimating the cleaning time for four chairs and the bottom of the sofa, he persevered for over two hours until the task was complete. His work was impeccable, and we have no complaints. It was certainly a wise investment of our time and money!

The previous manager of my apartment had warned me that I was liable to pay $1200 for a carpet replacement, as they deemed the stains on it as irreversible. I had requested for a cleaning service, and John promptly responded by offering me a reasonably priced deal, and was even willing to arrive the following day. Furthermore, he was willing to add the cleaning of my kitchen tiles for only $15 more. As a result, I no longer have to pay $1200 for the carpet replacement and will be contacting John soon to obtain a quote for my new house's wooden floors.
