Greetings Everyone! Thank you for entrusting Rough & Tuff Cleaning Service. Our company is proudly based in Montgomery, Alabama. We are an improved, reliable, and cost-effective cleaning service that specializes in a range of cleaning services such as window cleaning, floor buffing, and stain removal, among others. A friendly public service announcement: Please note that if there are any furniture or items left that we need to bag or carry to the street, an additional charge of $200-300 applies on top of the cleaning fee. We are not professional movers, so extra responsibilities will incur additional costs. To secure your booking, please prepare to pay a non-refundable deposit before the service.

We request that you, as the client, are present during the arrival and departure of our team and must be responsible for ensuring that the cleaning job is done to your satisfaction. If your home requires any repairs resulting from weather damage, we advise waiting until repairs are complete before booking our services, as we cannot fix damaged items. Additionally, please inform us if you do not wish to have any pictures or records taken of your property before the cleaning job begins.

If you live outside of Montgomery, please note that there is an additional $50 travel fee applicable. We regret to advise that we do not offer carpet cleaning services to our out-of-town customers. Effective 12-7-2021, we will expand our service area to Birmingham, AL, Columbus, and Atlanta, GA, but these services will be available only on special weekends. Please contact us via inbox before setting the booking date.
