I reached out to approximately 15 heating and air companies in Charlotte for estimates regarding an installation project. The majority of the companies imposed a visiting fee and were unwilling to divulge the cost for labor until after the initial fee was paid. Upon arrival, Joey was punctual and cordial, exhibiting professionalism as he explained the entire process and ensured that I comprehended the procedure. He worked diligently and effectively, promptly addressing the cooling requirements of my air conditioning unit. I am exceedingly appreciative of Joey and Prestige, and surely intend to engage their services in the event of future heating or cooling predicaments.

After our air conditioning stopped working, we reached out to another heating and cooling company to come repair it on Monday afternoon. However, later that day, they called and cancelled our appointment claiming they were overbooked and would have to reschedule us for the next day. We were not pleased with this, especially after spending two days without any air conditioning. As a result, we cancelled with that company and booked with Prestige instead. Right away, Prestige emailed us an updated time frame for their arrival and Joey showed up promptly this morning. He was extremely friendly, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions patiently. Joey was able to complete the AC repair quickly and efficiently, representing the company exceptionally well. We are glad that we ended up with Prestige and will definitely be using them again in the future.

This company is outstanding! The personnel are very friendly and take the time to explain the necessary work in a thorough manner. Their prices are reasonable and they respond quickly. The crew is very respectful and tidy, completing the job on time. Recently, we had our AC/Heat Pump Unit and thermostat replaced, and they did an excellent job. We also relied on Prestige in the past for main trunk and duct work replacements, as well as UV air scrubbers installation. I strongly recommend this company!
