For almost a quarter of a century, I dedicated myself to being an educator and administrator in elementary schools. As a principal, I couldn't always compensate my teachers for their exceptional efforts that deserved extra pay. However, I could show my appreciation by cooking for them. Soon enough, I gained a reputation for my excellent cooking skills and my willingness to share my meals with my staff. That's when my passion for cooking ignited, and Rosey's "little kitchen" was born.
Our restaurant offers a fresh take on traditional Latin cuisine without breaking the bank. Our Latin Fusion with Modern Flavors incorporates dishes inspired by Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, Uruguayan, and Caribbean cultures. Think of it as Traditional Dishes 2.0!
We cater to corporate, private, educational events, and even weeknight dinners for families who want to elevate their at-home dining experience.
Moreover, we diligently research and develop delicious dishes for vegans, vegetarians, and now those with NightShadeFree (AIP) sensitivities.
