Rose Bagot provided me with an excellent customer service experience. Through CrackerJack, I contacted him and he promptly responded, making himself available the very next day. He was both courteous and professional in his approach. I had requested his services for a 10-year-old fridge that had suffered breakdowns in the past. Although he made an effort to fix it, he advised me that the fridge was beyond repair and that it was time for a new one. Despite my desire to give it one last chance, I ultimately agreed with his perspective. All in all, I would highly recommend Rose Bagot for his expertise, professionalism, and amiable demeanor.
