Mr. Rosales did an exceptional job installing my bathroom floor. Despite having to remove someone else's botched work, he put in a brand new floor and evened it out with a subfloor and any necessary adjustments. Due to a frozen pipe disaster the morning after Christmas, the mess was considerable. Despite this, Mr. Rosales was quick and punctual in finishing the job within the allotted time frame. Before beginning work, he was thoughtful enough to walk me through the areas that needed repair and the sections that were already damaged. I was initially apprehensive that his work would create more dust and debris, but I was pleasantly surprised by the tidy result. What impressed me the most, however, was Mr. Rosales' eye for design. His tile-laying expertise made my small bathroom look inviting and spacious. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with his work and cannot recommend him highly enough. Even with challenges such as my daughter's dog, Mr. Rosales maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. His pricing was reasonable, and I would gladly hire him again. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your next project - you won't regret it.
