Regardless of your current fitness level or aspirations, I meet you where you are in your journey, whether you're training for a specific sport or simply aiming to shed some pounds before vacation. My services never involve preset meal or fitness plans as I prioritize learning about you, your history, and your goals.
To start, I offer a complimentary online assessment followed by a 15-minute phone consultation in which I seek to understand your unique goals and determine whether my services are well-suited for those goals. If you decide to engage my services, we'll begin with a payment and a detailed consultation in which I customize a specific nutrition, fitness, and/or lifestyle plan for you. This plan will be discussed in depth in a one-hour consultation session. Follow-up appointments and fees for services will be addressed, as necessary.
All personal training will be offered in my private training studio, located at rootlifestylefitness.com. Additionally, I offer virtual training options as well.

Anon is an excellent coach! He motivates you to reach your goals by pushing you and holding you accountable. The one-on-one workouts are precisely challenging for your body.
