I was impressed with RTS's service. A previous roofer's shoddy work caused a leak around my chimney. Seeking a second opinion, I reached out to RTS. They swiftly responded and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time, assessed the chimney, and took pictures to clearly show the issue. While proposing a quote to fix the problem, he also recommended approaching the original roofer with the additional information. Ultimately, I did not hire RTS for the repair, but their exemplary service leaves me confident in using them for any future roofing needs.
