We had Ron fix and replace some locks, and he went above and beyond by detecting that our front door wasn't shutting properly and tightening it for us. Unlike the other locksmiths listed on CrackerJack who were either unreachable or took in excess of a week to respond, Ron promptly and efficiently tended to our needs. Despite the challenge, Ron was quick in his response and delivered excellent work.
