Having received numerous quotes, I eventually stumbled upon Ron, who promptly arrived and commenced the task within days. His conduct was remarkably professional, and he promptly arrived on schedule every day. A formal dining room, which featured four arches, was enclosed to create an office. Despite this being a challenging feat, Ron succeeded splendidly, leaving no trace of the arches' existence. Additionally, he secured a carpenter for the framing and provided me with an exceptional rate for all his services. Upon noticing the attached drywall cracks caused by a different company (2 Before photos shown), I contacted Mr. Ron for assistance. Mr. Ron promptly requested for before-project and after-project photos that exhibited the cracks produced by the third party. He expertly attended to my concerns while also offering valuable suggestions for the future. For instance, he advised me to watch out for unfavorable behaviors by other companies such as a lack of materials required to finalize a project or not finishing the project neatly before payment. I appreciate Mr. Ron's prompt and efficient service, as evidenced by his seamless finished work (as shown in the 2 After photos attached). After the previous owners drove over 500 nails into the drywall, Ron did an impeccable job of replacing it. He was quick to notify me upon uncovering a PVC pipe covered in nails (fortunately not connected to the plumbing) and aided in determining the appropriate course of action.
