I've found the best handyman in Ron! He assisted me in configuring three personalized closets from Elfa and went above and beyond my expectations. Ron exemplified professionalism and respect throughout the whole project. I have already scheduled him to return to hang blinds and install more bulky fixtures on certain walls. After my wooden rod broke, I decided to have a 4ft metal closet system installed. Ron proved to be an exceptional expert in wall mounting. He has excellent communication skills and also alleviated my anxiety about his work potentially breaking down. He works quickly and efficiently, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of installation and repair. I am extremely satisfied with his service and have decided to keep him as my go-to handyman. Previously, I had hired some overpriced and subpar workers from CrackerJack, but I am so glad I didn't give up on the platform. Despite not typically writing reviews, I felt compelled to do so for Ronald's outstanding work. He spent a total of four hours and 40 minutes at our home, including two trips to Home Depot to ensure all necessary supplies were acquired.
His dedication went beyond basic expectations - rather than using the screws and anchors we had purchased from Amazon, he opted to secure the installation with much better quality materials.
Ronald expertly installed elderly care bars and repaired our shower door, a task that required drilling into both tiles and walls. He was incredibly knowledgeable and maintained a positive attitude throughout the project, bringing along a variety of digital tools to ensure precision.
Everything he installed was flawlessly straight, which was truly impressive. I must stress that I have no relation to Ronald and simply found him on CrackerJack; I cannot recommend him enough and very much look forward to working with him again.
