This is a review that is quite unusual, as it concerns work that was never fully executed. I was in the middle of selling my house, and I already knew that the roof would be a problem. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues that arose between Ron and I, we were forced to rely on a preliminary estimate that was based on a home inspection report. Eventually, Ron was able to come out and take a closer look at the job, and the estimate only increased slightly due to some unforeseen factors that were not included in the report. During the escrow process, we had to use the roof as a bargaining tool, as the appraisal of my property was less than ideal. Ron was very understanding and assured me that if I needed the roof replaced, his team could get to it before the escrow process was complete. In the end, the buyer agreed to keep the roof as is, and Ron was extremely gracious and understanding about the situation. I found his estimate to be very reasonable, and he was also very professional and helpful throughout the process, considering my unique circumstances.

Due to incorrect installations by the previous owner, my roof was in a chaotic state, but Ron neatly corrected everything. I obtained nearly about 10 different quotes, and his pricing was the most reasonable, plus the work turned out to be impeccable. I highly suggest his services.
