Krysa is truly remarkable. The photos she captured were unexpectedly meaningful and wonderful. She was present for the entire delivery and quickly became like a member of our family. Despite the chaos, she remained unobtrusive and managed to capture the most stunning images. I enjoy looking back on the photos and reliving the moments that I missed. Krysa even managed to capture the emotions of everyone who was present, including my first time holding my son and our first family photo. These incredible moments are often missed when you're confined to a bed. Krysa is undoubtedly the best photographer I've ever encountered, and she's also one of the sweetest individuals you'll come across.

After requesting a deposit for her services, we exchanged a few emails discussing the locations and types of photos. She confirmed that she would research the locations and get back to me, which she did on 9/22. On 10/6, I reached out to inquire about her progress, and she promised to provide a location on 10/8. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive a response from her. Our scheduled shoot was on 10/11, and I am devastated to say that I am both heartbroken and $50 out of pocket. I am unsure of how to recoup my money and am even considering legal action. I cannot recommend her services.
