I enlisted the services of Frank Roman on February 27, 2023. After explaining my situation, he agreed to conduct physical surveillance on my subject for one month, and mentioned the potential use of GPS technology to provide real-time updates on their movements. I paid $2000 for his services. However, during the first two weeks, his investigators only showed up for two days and conducted limited surveillance for 1-2 hours each day before falling ill. Even after providing updates on the subject's movements and location, there was no change in their approach, and Frank only sent investigators at his own discretion. Realizing the futility of the whole arrangement in week three, I requested a refund and termination of the contract, which Frank refused. Instead, he demanded more money to continue the investigation. In the end, I lost my money without any meaningful results. I wouldn't recommend Frank's services and would have been better off hiring a local investigator on an hourly basis.

Initially, I reached out to six agents, but only two replied. Furthermore, I required the expertise of a professional with a background in forensics since I possessed the perpetrator's fingerprints. It was then that I became aware of Mr. Roman's capability in this field.

In my opinion, the advertisement promoting $60 per hour is an example of bait and switch tactics. Despite my eagerness to secure a few hours of work to ensure my granddaughter's safety, I was only offered a flat fee of $2,500, which seemed quite exorbitant. Moreover, the person presenting the offer went on to emphasize how grave the situation was, further preying on my emotions.

The advice they offered was excellent. It holds great value and honesty as I am currently not in need of an investigator to solve my situation. I am truly grateful for your gracious assistance.
