While Rogers Property Management Services, LLC is a newly established company, its Owner and Broker-In-Charge, Debbie Rogers, has over 10 years of professional experience and a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry and property management. Debbie obtained her NC Real Estate License in 2008 and assisted sellers and buyers of real estate as a Broker, keeping the process streamlined and stress-free for her clients. Her client care and diligence have even allowed her to maintain contact with past clients who she now considers friends.
After working as a Broker, Debbie transitioned to the multifamily industry where she gained firsthand knowledge and insight on how to maintain properties, manage others, and exceed financial goals. She excelled as a Regional Property Manager overseeing 15 communities and nearly 20 employees by orchestrating marketing plans, revitalizing distressed properties through capital improvement projects, reinforcing policy and procedures, maintaining strong maintenance regimes, and building positive relationships with staff and residents. In addition, she and her husband have also resurrected abandoned and foreclosed properties into sustainable, profitable rental properties.
Encouraged by her associates, Debbie was convinced it was time to open her own business and put her knowledge and passion to work. With the same principles of client care and due diligence, she continues to build her brand using these core values. Rogers Property Management's mission is to deliver impeccable services to both clients and residents while also supporting and serving communities.
