Joey and Paul were amazing! Joey demonstrated remarkable responsiveness by dedicating significant time to discuss my water heater problems with me over the phone. Paul was just as helpful in-person. Although we ultimately decided to purchase a new heater instead of repairing the old one, I still highly recommend their services!
