Unlike other individuals I worked with previously, who would take days to answer calls or texts, he promptly responds. His professionalism is impressive, and I intend to work with him again.

Rock Designz is highly professional and excellent at communication, which is essential. Moreover, he offered exceptional suggestions at an unbeatable price. I had a significant slope in my lawn, and he resolved the issue by removing the soil and constructing a stunning retaining wall.

I hired someone to even out my backyard in preparation for installing an above ground pool. Unfortunately, communication was lacking and the job was not completed as I had anticipated. Despite my requests for him to return and address the issues, he was unable to. However, he did refund a portion of my payment in an effort to make things right. All in all, he seemed like a decent person, but we had different expectations for the outcome of the project. My advice would be to ensure that you have clear communication and expectations before beginning any work with him.
