Greetings, my name is Rochelle and I am an experienced personal trainer with over 24 years of experience. At Ditch Your Gym, we offer a variety of specialized services including in-home training, studio sessions, online training via Zoom, outdoor workouts, group classes on Zoom, training in your condo/apartment fitness center, online accountability programs and flexible session lengths of either 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
My primary focus is on creating personalized programs for my clients to help with toning, weight loss, and overall fitness. I founded Ditch Your Gym to address the needs of busy people who struggle to make regular visits to the gym, but want to prioritize their health and fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether you want to lose weight, strengthen your body, tone up, or just feel better, I can help you achieve your objectives with a specialization in weight loss, toning, strength training, Pilates, yoga, and core strengthening. I bring a wealth of experience to my work, having earned Personal Training Certifications from ACE, YMCA, BCRPA, and additional certifications in PIYO Strength, Stott Pilates, Yoga Fit, and more.
At Ditch Your Gym, I offer flexibility, with sessions conducted either at your home, studio, outdoor locations, or online. You can choose the duration of your training sessions, based on your budget and specific requirements. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, understanding that physical wellness leads to greater self-esteem, emotional wellness, and a positive impact on overall health.
