Following the closure of Noel's Kitchen, I founded Sarah's with a dedication to my beloved daughter, Sarah Robyn, who serves as my greatest source of inspiration. Sarah's specializes in a diverse range of cuisines, including Cajun, Creole, French, West Indian, Southern, BBQ, & Classic American, available for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner.
For me, the ultimate satisfaction comes from seeing the joy and appreciation on my clients' faces. Whether it's a smile or a heartfelt "thank you," these moments make all the effort worthwhile. These events can be highly stressful for my clients, so I treat each contract with utmost care and concern. And let's be real - the pay is pretty great too!

The meal was absolutely amazing! Chef Rob exceeded all expectations. My wife's birthday was unforgettable and my guests couldn't stop praising the delicious cuisine. The deviled eggs were like nothing I've ever tasted, the gumbo was so good I want more right now, the corn bread was to die for, the mashed potatoes were a crowd favorite, and the bread pudding was incredible. Chef Rob, thank you so much for an unforgettable feast!

There's no denying that Chef Rob is the epitome of culinary greatness. He went above and beyond by cooking not one, but two Thanksgiving feasts for us. One was for a company gathering, and the other was for my loved ones and me. The array of dishes he prepared was awe-inspiring. Our guests from other parts of the world were particularly thrilled with the delectable and diverse spread that he concocted. It was without a doubt one of the most unforgettable Thanksgiving meals we've ever had!

Working with Chef Rob was an absolutely amazing experience. His cuisine was a true feast for the senses, surprising and delightful with beautiful presentation and tantalizing flavor profiles brimming with umami. We recently collaborated on a celebratory dinner for our family, including a young toddler, and we still can't stop raving about his dishes weeks later. It seemed the only words we could utter were "Wow, wow!" Given the generous portions and high quality, Chef Rob's pricing was an incredible value. He was also incredibly easy to coordinate with, taking care of everything while I juggled my two little ones.
What stood out most to me about Chef Rob was his fun and personable demeanor. He worked closely with me to create a personalized menu that catered perfectly to everyone's tastes. His variety of dishes was astounding, ranging from a beautiful charcuterie board to savory West Indian Goat Curry. I highly recommend Chef Rob for any special occasion, whether a cozy gathering or a grand celebration.

During the Christmas season, Chef Rob visited PA twice in consecutive weekends to host two separate dinner parties.
