In mid-August 2021, while in NW CO, my sister passed away. As I wanted the service to be videotaped for the benefit of family members who couldn't attend and for genealogy purposes, I searched the internet for potential service providers. Despite being in a small rural community and out of state, I found Robbie Arnold Media (https://www.robbiearnoldmedia.com/) and he proved to be highly responsive to my inquiries and available for the job, even though he was based in Grand Junction CO, over 100 miles away from the service site. We easily made arrangements and reached an agreement, despite my limited equipment (only a cell phone, no PC). Robbie fulfilled all of his promises and then some. The video quality was excellent and captured the service in a way that was both unobtrusive and touching. He seamlessly interfaced with the mortuary and church staff and captured some great drone shots of the beautiful scenery, funeral procession, and graveside services. Robbie's post-filming editing was top-notch and he added some "B roll" shots of local attractions and a former place of employment for my sister.
