During the bidding process, Roger was transparent and fair by sharing the costs of lumber and labor separately. Even after accepting the bid, he communicated frequently to keep us up-to-date on the start date. The team that worked on our stair project was friendly, hardworking, and punctual, finishing the project within the allotted timeframe. They even left our garage floor cleaner than before they began. Additionally, when faced with the task of moving the existing window to a new location, they went above and beyond by replacing the entire Hardie board (2) to make it seamless. We would not hesitate to use this trustworthy and honest company again for any future projects. It is rare to find such a dependable team these days.
