Upon granting authorization to proceed with the repair, Rudy left to retrieve the parts and promptly returned within the hour to perform the installation. After ensuring the system functioned properly with the thermostat, Rudy kindly offered to replace our air return filters, which we opted to do on our own. We paid for the service call and repair as Rudy explained the warranty terms and confirmed our email address for the receipt. We were impressed by the professionalism and courteousness displayed by Rudy and grateful for the prompt, efficient resolution of the problem.
