Upon answering the door, Rudy Castro, our service advisor, immediately introduced himself and handed us his business card. He then proceeded to inquire about our assessment of the issue before heading up to the roof to inspect the malfunctioning unit. Following his evaluation, he promptly returned to discuss the necessary repair parts and their associated cost estimate with us. Upon granting authorization to proceed with the repair, Rudy left to retrieve the parts and promptly returned within the hour to perform the installation. After ensuring the system functioned properly with the thermostat, Rudy kindly offered to replace our air return filters, which we opted to do on our own. We paid for the service call and repair as Rudy explained the warranty terms and confirmed our email address for the receipt. We were impressed by the professionalism and courteousness displayed by Rudy and grateful for the prompt, efficient resolution of the problem.
