RMPaolino Construction was engaged to remodel my unfinished basement and install baseboard heating in my three-story house. The job was challenging, but Mr. Paolino and his team achieved remarkable results with their planning and execution. The project was scheduled to cause me minimal disruption, and all phases of the work were completed on time. The materials and craftsmanship used were of professional-grade, and the price was more than reasonable. I plan to consider Mr. Paolino for future work on my property since my 114-year-old house required adjustments and accommodations to complete everything I had requested. However, Mr. Paolino overcame all the obstacles and delivered satisfactory results. The overall project included: 1. Clearing the basement of debris and junk 2. Removing 12 radiators, pipes, and old boiler from the basement 3. Eliminating unused pipes and electrical wires running through the basement from old installation 4. Removing artificial walls, floors, and ceiling throughout the basement 5. Installing an enclosed modern boiler with walls and sliding doors for access 6. Installing baseboard heating throughout the three-story house 7. Replacing copper piping with fiberglass and insulating copper piping that was left 8. Replacing old basement windows with new ones 9. Restoring the worn brick walls of the basement 10. Framing the entire basement and installing insulation 11. Installing drywall throughout the basement and painting after installation 12. Replacing the electrical circuit box, installing electrical outlets, and enclosing the gas and water meter in a small room with an access door 13. Creating a utility room raised platform for a sink, washer, and dryer 14. Covering the basement floor with industrial-grade carpeting 15. Installing a drop ceiling with large panels and embedded fluorescent lights.

Bob was hired to demolish a peculiar room with a roof that was constructed in the middle of our loft. He estimated that it would require two to three days to complete, but as with most demolition jobs, it's difficult to determine the exact duration until you begin. Regrettably, due to the sturdy hurricane-resistant design of the structure, the task was more challenging than anticipated. Every item was excessively nailed and had to be individually pounded out. Nonetheless, Bob managed to finish in two days, disposing of all the debris and cleaning up the workspace. He was punctual, polite, and worked around my availability. Prior to the demolition process, we needed to reposition the sprinkler system, and Bob easily accommodated our desired start date. He was a diligent worker, and I would gladly recommend him.

After we agreed on the first project, which was my leaking roof requiring immediate attention, he arrived first thing in the morning and completed the job by day's end. While the project was recent, it appears that he performed a meticulous, tidy, and reliable job, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I intend to enlist his company for a variety of other fixes that my aging home necessitates.
