Having worked in the home and small business renovation industry for more than three decades, I have extensive experience in remodeling homes affected by property damage, such as water or fire losses, as well as rental properties. I have dealt with and fixed an array of issues that arise in a home.
As a rental property proprietor, one of my greatest strengths is preparing homes for occupancy. My services range from revamping outdated kitchens and bathrooms to repairing and replacing worn or damaged items. No job is too big or small.

I reached out to numerous handymen on Thumbtack, but he was the only one who was able to diagnose the issue with our dishwasher. Moreover, he is trustworthy and won't deceive you. Finding an honest handyman can be a challenge, but he is one of them. I highly recommend hiring him as you won't regret it.

It's easy to come across "Handyman" services, however discovering a skilled expert like Roger is a rare find. I required a ceiling fan to be installed outdoors, specifically on a pergola above a swim/spa. Although it wasn't a typical request, Roger promptly responded and completed the task within an hour. The cost was reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional. What impressed me most was his communication; he provided a timeframe for his arrival and even messaged me with his estimated time of arrival. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Without a doubt, I will be contacting Roger again for future projects.
