Rjm was called to my residence to assess the various items that required attention prior to selling my home. A difficulty was found with our kitchen floor and the issue was efficiently rectified with the installation of a support. The team also executed a commendable job by installing a charming new tile floor. Additionally, they resolved the problem of all the dilapidated boards on the exterior of the house, and applied a fresh coat of paint. Their professionalism is admirable in all aspects of their work, and they have demonstrated a genuine disposition to complete the job on time and within budget while remaining honest. Moreover, they processed an insurance claim that resulted in me receiving a new roof free of charge. I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with a particular service provider. Mr. Moravek has shown a lack of integrity and failed to provide consistent work crews to complete the job. Throughout the duration of the job, his company spent an average of 1.5 days per week actually working on my project. In addition, he attempted to charge me twice for certain items and charged me for tasks that his team performed incorrectly initially and had to redo. Furthermore, most of his subcontractors came to me, expressing their dissatisfaction with Mr. Moravek's refusal to pay them, which has led them to consider placing a lien on my property. This came after I had already paid a 50% deposit and several progress payments. One subcontractor is even suing Mr. Moravek for nonpayment of their services. Mr. Moravek has refused to complete the entire task list and has failed to provide a guarantee on his company's workmanship. It is important to look elsewhere for renovation projects.
