We highly recommend RJ appliance for their excellent service. When our range burner malfunctioned, they promptly responded to our repair request and arrived the next day. Although the part needed to fix the burner took a week to be ordered, when they arrived to replace it, they discovered that one of the controller circuits was also short-circuited. Instead of spending more money on the repair, we decided not to proceed. Despite this, RJ did not charge us for their visit, and we were impressed by their honesty and professionalism. We will definitely choose them again for our future service needs.
