To be honest, I've always been skeptical about personal trainers and questioned whether they're worth the cost. Despite reading up on them, I wasn't sure if I'd be scammed or if I'd see results. Although I'm not one to typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. After returning from a family vacation, all I can think about is hitting the gym tomorrow. This is all thanks to Coley, my personal trainer, who has helped me shed weight and identify my body's weaknesses. Initially, Coley's unorthodox training techniques left me skeptical, as he encouraged me to use minimal weights. I've always been one to push for the heaviest weights possible. However, after experiencing the incredible soreness and breaking point that his techniques push my body to, I no longer question his approach. Coley's expertise ensures that I feel the burn and get the best workout possible in the time we have together. If you're in the market for a personal trainer, I highly recommend giving Coley a try. In just 13 days, I worked with Coley for only 6 personal training sessions, and he has proved to be the best personal trainer I've ever had. My initial goal was to get toned, and as demonstrated in the photo, I was able to reduce nearly 1% of my body fat. Despite not adhering to a clean diet, I'm thrilled with the muscle I've gained and the fat I've lost. Coley is an amiable and knowledgeable trainer, and I highly recommend him to those who are inexperienced or have experience in achieving their goals within a short timeline. I caution you, however; Coley will challenge you to push your limits. Remember, no pain, no gain!
