Upon making my request, River Oaks promptly arrived on site. I was facing complications with my irrigation system that resulted from the actions of a previous owner. Eddy evaluated the entirety of the system and identified the gaps that needed addressing. Following this, he submitted a bid for the project and promptly commenced the work. Eddie from River Oaks was able to accommodate my schedule on short notice. Due to the installation of gas lines in my neighborhood, eight feet of my sprinkler system had to be removed. The initial investigation into the irrigation system issues involving the pump was outstanding. It was recommended that the pump be fixed before any work could be done on the system. Their concern was evident, as some might have merely resolved the visible problem without addressing the root cause. Currently, efforts are ongoing to ensure a complete repair of the pump.
