Rioza was hired to construct our deck. It took two years to obtain approval from the local government, and during this time, we collaborated with a different contractor to produce the architectural drawings. However, we soon realized that we were being charged excessively and decided to engage Rioza's services instead. They were able to adjust our plans and incorporate the necessary flexibility to eliminate incongruities in the original design. They proved to be obliging, collaborating with us to guarantee that we were pleased with the end product, which was amazing. I would confidently recommend Rioza to anyone.

We undertook a remodel of our guest bathroom and added a porch to the property. The workers were punctual and diligent, often staying late to ensure the project was completed on schedule. They also tidied up after themselves almost every day. However, we did encounter some minor problems along the way, such as mistakes by the inspector (for which the contractor was not responsible), a layout issue with the tiling, problems with the black grout (which didn't create a seamless finish), the front porch steps being slightly mismatched in size and workers not consistently wearing masks. The majority of these issues were resolved by the team, who were also able to accommodate some change requests. Overall, I am pleased with Carlos's work and intend to utilise his services again for future projects.
