It was a stroke of luck to have Francisco as our project manager for our home remodeling project. We had been planning it for a while and were impressed by the work RIJI Home Improvements and Handywork did for a close friend's home addition. After meeting Francisco during a walk-through of their project, we decided to commission their services for our remodel, which included design and architecture by Jamie. The plan-to-permit stage went smoothly despite some communication difficulties with the city thanks to the team's perseverance. Francisco played a significant role in ensuring the success of the project. He was patient with us but strict with vendors and professionals, leaving no detail overlooked. The city inspector was thoroughly impressed with the team and their organized and detailed approach. We are delighted with our decision to work with RIJI. We felt confident in their ability to take responsibility for their work and were impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. In December 2022, we collaborated with Bill and RIJI Home Improvements. Upon receiving approval from our HOA in January 2023, they immediately commenced work. Bill carefully listened to our need for more parking space on our existing driveway and recommended the removal of an old tree to accommodate the new paver area. With his assistance, we submitted the plan to our HOA, and he was prompt in responding to their additional queries via text and email. Throughout the process, my wife had numerous questions which Bill patiently attended to, exhibiting excellent customer service. To our surprise, the demo and paver installation work were finished in only three days, surpassing our expectations. However, the day after completion, my wife noticed a few oil stains on some of the pavers, so we contacted Bill, who promptly arranged for his team to examine the problem the following day. Not satisfied with merely correcting the stains, Bill went the extra mile and had the crew replace all affected pavers and some with scratch marks. The job required chipping each paver individually and redoing the polymeric sand – not an easy task. To ensure our complete happiness with the results, Bill organized for Bates Clean and Seal to provide us with a free chemical wash of the entire paver area, giving it a sparkling finish. We highly recommend Bill and RIJI Home Improvements, who backed up their product and worked towards satisfying the customer's needs. We even referred some neighbors to them, who were curious about our project.

Riji Home Improvements was our contractor of choice for the extensive renovation of our new apartment. The caliber of their workmanship was exceptional with standout performance in the tiling work for the shower and kitchen, as well as the expertly executed patching and painting of the entire space.
