I had an enjoyable experience obtaining my CPR AED and First Aid certification with Richmond Training Concepts. The instructor was amicable and provided me with a wealth of new and relevant information, which I had not previously learned from other classes. Using genuine EMTs and Paramedics as instructors may have facilitated this. The classes were brief, comprehensive, and interactive, ensuring all aspects were covered. Undoubtedly, I will utilize their services again in the future and highly suggest them to acquaintances. Excellent work, guys! I would rate you more stars if possible.

Our staff was thoroughly impressed by the CPR course at Richmond Training Concepts. The instructor skillfully blended videos and hands-on practical exercises, making the material both lively and engaging. We appreciate the flexibility of the training center, as they accommodated our tight schedule and allowed us to train on site. We highly recommend this program and plan to send another group of employees later this year.

I cannot provide a review as I have not yet attended the class. However, I can attest that the process of arranging the training was satisfactory, and they were willing to accommodate our group of 20 by dividing it into two evenings.
