My work distinguishes itself from others' due to my genuine concern for my students' needs. Personally, I relish conducting individualized sessions and discovering novel approaches from them. Oftentimes, my pupils fail to recognize how much I discover from them. I especially admire the fearlessness of my younger students who are willing to attempt even the most demanding tasks. Their courage constantly motivates me to integrate this trait into my own life and pass it on to my older, more knowledgeable students. Regardless of the subject matter, it is challenging to uncover innovative means of instruction that cater to each student's diverse learning style.

Although I genuinely appreciate him both as a teacher and a person, I am uncertain if he grasped what I hoped to achieve during our lesson. My purpose for attending these sessions was to improve my improvisation and ability to play music, yet it seemed like we barely touched upon those topics. Instead, he provided me with a general overview of drumming. Though I understand the importance of such knowledge, I can also work on those aspects independently. While I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience, he is an excellent teacher whom I would highly recommend.
