The services provided by Richard Plumbing and Rooter for my bathtub and shower exceeded my expectations. Although I was initially hesitant about the amount of work required, it was necessary to replace the shower cartridge, shower faucet, and shower head. Steve and George carried out the job with great professionalism and courtesy, constantly keeping me up-to-date throughout the process. The final outcome was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised with the reasonable price. I appreciated Richard Plumbing and Rooter's transparent approach, as some companies tend to hike up their fees. Steve and George demonstrated their commitment to their work, leaving my bathroom spotless once they had finished. I would not hesitate to use their services again for future projects and strongly recommend them to others.

Richard and his team were exceptional. Initially, I had assigned them a relatively minor task, but upon inspection, they discovered significant plumbing problems. They promptly informed me of the situation and efficiently completed the job within the given timeframe.

Richard was prompt in his response and managed to make it on the same day, even though it was a Sunday, to complete a sink facet DIY project which we had started but couldn't finish. He and Tyrell work great together as a team and they are also very courteous young gentlemen. I am eagerly anticipating collaborating with them again on future projects.
