Therefore, please be mindful of this. Please note that our classes do not cover Jui Jitsu, rather we teach Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing, all of which focus on striking. Mastering the art of self-defense is a continuous process that requires extensive practice in various techniques, body strengthening, and applying these techniques during controlled partner drilling, technical sparring, and hard sparring, in order to be proficient and capable of protecting oneself.
Hello, I'm Coach Rich! I embarked on my fitness journey about thirteen years ago to achieve a healthier lifestyle and weight loss. Through high-intensity workouts and healthier eating habits, I successfully shed 85 pounds, which prompted me to help others achieve the same.
Initially, I started teaching fitness kickboxing, which led me to the world of Muay Thai. It has become a profound and passionate experience for me, one that has turned into an obsession. As a lifelong learner, I constantly strive to learn and develop as a student and coach.
Fun fact: I am certified in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, as well as a musician and guitar instructor.
My objective is to inspire, motivate, and help you attain your fitness and martial arts goals.
