Rich Decor provided me with exceptional service that surpassed my expectations. Initially, I had shown them a picture of a balloon arch; however, after some discussion, we agreed on a photo spot that turned out to be even better than my inspiration. The centerpieces suggested by Rich Decor were perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they responsive from the moment I contacted them, but they were also punctual on the day of the baby shower. I am thrilled with my experience and plan to use their services again for another party in May.
