We received estimates from six different companies, and even though we had already selected a different company, we decided to meet with Rhino for the last appointment. I was skeptical if they could offer us a better price than the previous company. To my surprise, Rhino not only beat their price, but they also did an outstanding job. Though we had a minor issue with one of our zones, Alfonso and Julio worked tirelessly until 8:00 PM to ensure that our system was working correctly. However, the day they installed the sprinkler, I had to leave early, and therefore they were not able to show me how to use it or guarantee the system's functionality. I felt horrible and paid most of the bill until I could confirm that it was up to snuff. But to my surprise, Alfonso declined to take any payment until they showed me how to use it and confirmed that it was functioning properly.
