Ron was amazing! He promptly notified me about one of the VHS tapes being slightly fuzzy. Furthermore, I had a deadline for the digital copies and Ron went above and beyond by searching for the most inexpensive shipping options to expedite the process. However, due to a delay in the package's delivery, Ron was resourceful and came up with a solution for me to receive them.
