The man did an excellent job of setting up my air conditioning unit in the basement window and enhancing the electrical fittings. His charges were reasonable and he completed the task proficiently. I have asked him for a quote on redoing my back patio steps and I intend to hire him for the job.

After my husband and I purchased a home in Old Westbury, we turned to CrackerJack in search of a handyman who could help us with various fixes and repairs. Within a short span of time, Rene reached out to us, and to our delight, he informed us that he could make himself available within a few days. We showed Rene and his associate, Jose, around the house and explained the tasks we needed done. Their quote was reasonable, and they started working the same day. From painting and spackling to caulking, repairing holes, replacing thermostats, adjusting cabinets and closet doors, installing transition strips and doorstops, changing light fixtures, replacing old door hinges, and even helping us move heavy furniture, Rene and Jose completed everything meticulously. They were both friendly and accommodating, and Rene even stayed back longer on the final day to ensure everything was in order.
