I approached Joe with an issue about a company that failed to follow up after mitigating a water heater leak. Joe was very attentive and quickly offered assistance. Both Shannon, the Office Manager, and Don, the Project Manager, were fantastic to work with.
Although Rex Roofing and Restoration didn't complete the necessary scope of work, everyone came together and resolved my problem. I am beyond thrilled to have found this company and will undoubtedly call them first in the future. A huge thank you to everyone at Rex Roofing and Restoration!
