Greetings! I am Rev. Cynthia Andrews-Looper with over 27 years of ministerial experience. I am well-versed in officiating over 350 weddings, whether religious, non-religious, or non-denominational ceremonies, with a specialty in customizing the service to cater to the needs of the couple. My passion lies in creating a unique ceremony that speaks to the shared love between two individuals.
In addition to officiating the ceremony, I also offer comprehensive wedding services such as premarital counseling, wedding planning, rehearsal direction, coordination for the big day, and more. Having dealt with a plethora of events in the past, I understand how each piece comes together to create the perfect wedding ceremony that the couple desires.
From budgeting to vendor selection, from musical entertainment to decor, I pay close attention to every detail to create the ideal atmosphere. I ensure seamless transitions and a pleasant time for guests, allowing the bride and groom to relax and enjoy their magical day.
Furthermore, I provide pre-marital and relationship counseling services that create a safe haven for couples to openly share their thoughts and feelings with one another. My ultimate goal is to establish a deeper and more meaningful connection between the couple through greater understanding and communication. Should further counseling be necessary, I will provide referrals to licensed professionals for continued healing and growth.

Cynthia was the savior of my marriage! Even though my husband and I had planned to elope on 10/24, we suddenly found ourselves in a frenzy just a week before the event.
