I have collaborated with TJ on three separate household projects. The initial one was a colossal undertaking that involved taking out heavily cemented tile and restoring the genuine terrazzo flooring. Many contractors declared it to be an impossible task, but TJ asserted that it was plausible, presented practical goals, and the results were stunning! I am immensely satisfied.
