One call to Restoration Xperts was all it took to fix the flood in our rental condo caused by a leaking toilet. In just one day, they removed all the damaged flooring and used large fans to dry the place out. Thanks to their swift response, we avoided any mold issues and they were able to quickly replace the flooring, making our unit look as good as new. Restoration Xperts took full responsibility for the restoration process, providing efficient, thorough, and trustworthy service. They were also extremely friendly and available to us whenever we needed them. Our tenants were accommodated without any hassle. Collaborating with Ralph and his team proved to be extremely beneficial in resolving our challenging situation in a faster and simpler manner than anticipated.
