Residential Service Associates
I have spent four decades as a residential specialty Journeyman Electrician, and take pride in offering top-notch service to my clients at fair prices. Should you require emergency services, I am available 24/7.
I have earned my Journeyman's certification twice, passing the test in both Broward County and the City of Ocala in Florida. Further, I am fully insured and bonded. As a female minority, I have found success in trades by simply being good at what I do!
In addition to electrical services, I specialize in residential property and can also manage various other jobs, such as carpentry (framer), plumbing, drywall repair, and power washing. I am qualified to work on mobile homes, although they don't always meet NEC codes or uniform housing standards.
My services extend to parts of four counties, and no job is too small to take on. I offer estimates and can flat-rate certain projects, charging a standard rate of $85 per hour. For a service call, there is an additional $85 fee for the first hour and leads. I must note CrackerJack's increased fees, meaning I can no longer absorb call or lead fees. However, compared to larger companies, my rates remain competitive.
For clients with more comprehensive needs, I offer a waived trip fee for jobs that take six hours or more. This service is referred to as the "honey do list rate," which costs $510 (within 30 miles).
Ensuring a quality job and providing satisfactory work takes priority in my work, and while on the job, I give my undivided attention. Rest assured that I am a hard-working individual who places a premium on ethics, proper tool usage, and the appropriate application of my knowledge. You'll be impressed by the value and quality that comes with having a specialist who cares.
