The services provided by Rescue My Roof were exceptional and left me feeling very satisfied. Beginning with my initial meeting with Chris to discuss the roofing and other projects which needed to be done on my roof, all the way through to the final inspection with Ken, their service was truly outstanding.
After meeting with various contractors, I eventually chose Rescue My Roof for a number of reasons. Firstly, their cost was more favorable than other contractors, and the high-quality shingles they used were top-notch. Secondly, they also provided a permanent fix to my crumbling chimney, along with the installation of gutter guards. Their price was the lowest by far, and after informing the other contractors of the competitive bid offered by Rescue My Roof, they subsequently submitted lower bids. I was left wondering why they didn't offer a lower bid in the first place, and concluded that they were trying to extract as much money from me as possible. In my opinion, this was a warning sign that I would be subjected to further additional costs throughout the project.
When the team arrived to start work on my roof, the workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly, leaving no nails or scraps on my property. This was a huge plus, since nobody wants to discover a stray nail while moving around their yard.
Chris and Ken promised from the outset that I wouldn't be required to pay the balance until I was completely satisfied with the work, and they kept true to their word. During the final inspection, I highlighted some minor concerns, and the team either addressed them or provided a detailed explanation acknowledging the challenges of working on an almost 100-year-old home. I was left extremely satisfied with the results, and the final inspection confirmed my complete satisfaction.
My new roof looks fantastic, and I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors. From start to finish, Rescue My Roof was a top-notch service, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for a great roofing service.
