Our minimum job fee is $5,000, and we do not take on projects that cost less. We charge an $85 estimate fee, which will be credited to your job if you hire us.
Our services include a wide range of projects, including taking down load-bearing walls and adding second floors or additions to your house. We also offer services like kitchen makeovers and remodels, full bath renovations, converting garages into living spaces, replacing doors and windows, and drywall repair and painting. However, we do not provide services for outdoor kitchens and covered patios, tiny houses, RVs, trailers, or mobile homes.
We now offer financing options for our customers. We at Republic Homebuilding and Renovations prioritize stylish design with livable floor plans. Our design begins through an in-person meeting, where we learn about your requirements, style, and design elements that are important to you. We also create a proposed floor plan and 3D computer model to show you the proposed design, colors, and other design elements for major projects.
With over 16 years of experience, we guarantee top-quality services and the latest styles. Our estimating process includes a discussion of your project goals and design style to provide two kinds of estimates. Firstly, our ballpark estimate provides a cost range for the project and is free of cost. Secondly, our detailed line-by-line estimate can be presented in the form of a fixed-price contract.

We faced some issues with the settling of our home. However, Mark came to our rescue and suggested a feasible mitigation strategy. He coordinated with the foundation repair company and carried out extensive work to restore our home to its former glory. The repairs involved fixing broken tiles, grout work, carpet stretching, sanding down places where piers were placed, matching paint, painting, and blending the texture of the wall. In fact, Mark went out of his way to assist us with an unrelated faucet issue.
