In April, Josh and Renting Ohio assumed management of my apartment complex consisting of nine units. Prior to this, my brother and I were managing it ourselves. While Renting Ohio provides an array of maintenance personnel, they also allow the owner to be actively involved if desired. The highlight of this management transition has no doubt been occupancy levels which have improved drastically within two months, from six tenants when we self-managed to eight tenants under Josh and Renting Ohio. Such is the appeal of our property; we have had to turn away some prospective tenants in favor of finding higher-quality renters. I am confident that full occupancy is imminent.
