Working with Matthew was a breeze, he was accommodating, informative and supportive. He arrived on time, completed the installation of our new toilet without any disturbance (even my dog was not disturbed) and in just about 2 hours. Although I am not knowledgeable about plumbing procedures and costs, Matthew proved his integrity by being fair, honest and helpful, instead of exploiting my ignorance. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I will definitely keep his contact for future repairs and projects.

After having a new kitchen sink installed, I was surprised to find out that a plumbing overhaul was necessary, rendering my kitchen unusable. Thankfully, I reached out to Matthew on Tackle, who promptly arrived and assessed the situation. He informed me that in order to complete the job, a new garbage disposal and other parts would be required. Matthew then procured the necessary parts and got to work. Although I didn't take a before picture, the after result was amazing, and I am extremely satisfied with Matthew's work. I highly recommend his services and feel confident that I have a dependable plumber to call upon from now on.
