Below are our charges:
Handyman services: - $50 per hour (minimum 2 hours) plus an additional $25 for small tasks. The pricing for large tasks will be determined accordingly.
Hanging artwork and curtain rods: - $50 per hour (minimum 2 hours) plus the following fees: - Regular-sized items: $10 - Large or heavy pictures: $25 - Use of a ladder above 6 feet: $30 - Mirrors: $20-$50 - Large curtain rods: $25 - Blinds and shades: $15
TV mounting on drywall: - Less than 40": $130 - 41"-50": $150 - 51"-60": $175 - 60" and above: $200
Additional fees: - Mounting on plaster walls with anchors: $35 - Wire concealment: $35 extra - Above fireplace: $35 extra - Concrete: $75 extra
Window AC installation: - $95 per AC installation - $85 for two or more per AC
Furniture assembly: - $50 per hour (minimum 2 hours) plus the following fees: - Bed frame, nightstand, 4 drawer chest, standard TV stand: $15 per item - 6+ drawer dresser: $25 - Pax closet organizers and large TV stand fees depend on size and complexity - Moving furniture from lobby up to levels: $15 per box
Plumbing: - Minimum of $175 for service calls plus materials - Main drain unclogging: $350 minimum (2 people, minimum 2 hours) - Kitchen sink: $250 - Bathtub and shower: $195 - Toilet: $175 - Above services are up to 2 hours with additional hours priced at $85 per person.
Bathroom caulking: - $95 per bathroom
For those based within 10 miles of Boston City, there will be no travel fee. However, there is an additional fee of $25 for anything over.
